Audrey Blanchard, LMT
Audrey Blanchard is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over ten years experience in private practice. She graduated from the Chicago-based Soma Institute with a certificate in Clinical Massage Therapy, then furthered her studies at the renowned Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, where she completed a bodywork program that uniquely focused on Chinese medical theory, Chinese medical massage (Tui Na), and the Japanese art of Shiatsu. Currently, Audrey is studying the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy™ in order to enhance her offerings as part of our Fertility & Pregnancy Bodywork Program.
Audrey has extensive experience in women’s health, prenatal, sports, and therapeutic massage. Before joining ilumina Healing Sanctuary in 2008, she was a team member of an integrative allopathic obstetrics and gynecology practice. There, she provided massage therapy during the childbearing cycle.
At ilumina, Audrey focuses on women’s reproductive health from preconception to postpartum. During pregnancy, Audrey provides support for the first, second, and third trimesters to promote the health and wellness of both mother and child. She has extensive experience in safety and correct positioning of the baby, so that you can have a relaxing massage session with peace of mind.
