Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant

We are looking for an exceptional Front Office Receptionist/Assistant to represent our clinic in a calm and professional manner. This position has limited and fluctuating hours but would be excellent for a student, a retired individual, or someone who just wants to be a part of an amazing team.

Clerical duties include: greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, establishing and invoicing patients using electronic web based computer programs, filling patient orders recommended by practitioners, office organization and other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Candidate must be reliable; ability to organize and prioritize tasks; have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail; ability to work independently and effectively with others; and an ability to learn computer scheduling and billing programs quickly. An understanding of the intricacies of a health care setting is a plus.

More hours may be available for those with marketing experience.

Hours: Our operating hours are Monday through Saturday, with evenings on Tuesday and Thursday. This position would be based on clinic needs, assisting the office manager, and filling in as needed.

Pay: Hourly DOE.

Licensed Massage Therapist

We are seeking an exceptional part time and long term Licensed Massage Therapist.  This position is ideal for an experienced Massage professional who is interested in devoting their time to clinical practice without all the headaches of running a business.  This is an independent contractor position.

Job duties include: performing massage therapy and other appropriate modalities at ilumina with an emphasis on women's health, pre and post natal care, and therapeutic massage, while adhering to the mission and promoting the vision of ilumina in a collaborative setting; marketing, and writing.

Requirements: Candidate must be professional, reliable and able to effectively work seeing multiple patients per day; have reliable transportation and the flexibility to work Saturdays and 1-2 evenings per week; licensed by the State of Arizona in Massage Therapy.  Advanced training and at least 3 years of Prenatal Massage experience is required; Mayan Techniques of Abdominal Therapy or Che Ni Tsang is a plus.  
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in Massage therapy with strong collaboration skills, a stable work history, and a background in the meditative arts.

Cosmetic Acupuncturist
We are seeking an exceptional part time and long term Chinese medicine practitioner to work a clinical schedule at ilumina with a specialty in Facial rejuvenation and aesthetics.  This position is ideal for an experienced Chinese medicine practitioner who is interested in devoting their time to clinical practice without all the headaches of running a business.  This is an independent contractor position.

Job duties include: adhering to the mission and promoting the vision of ilumina in a collaborative setting; marketing, writing and public speaking; and performing acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at ilumina with an emphasis on facial rejuvenation and cosmetic acupuncture.  The practitioner will be responsible for painting the highest standards of cleanliness and organization and will need to provide equipment and supplies.

Requirements: Candidate must be professional, reliable and able to effectively work seeing multiple patients per day; have reliable transportation and the flexibility to work Saturdays and 1-2 evenings per week; licensed by the State of Arizona in Acupuncture; and board certified in Oriental Medicine by the NCCAOM..
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in Chinese medicine with strong collaboration skills, a stable work history, and aesthetics training including being able to also provide facials using organic products..
